We all know estimating damage that could be PDR is a nightmare when you need to explain it to an insurance adjuster. I've only recently converted most of my clients from COD to insurance to eliminate price-anchoring based on deductibles. This opened up another can of worms. There's another set of rules I must follow, and it's different for each insurance.
